Bayou Woods-Oak Hill HOA Annual General Meeting will take place on Monday, February 23, 2026, 7 pm, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Birch Room - 7611 Katy Freeway, Houston, TX 77024. All members are invited to attend. Items on the agenda for the AGM include but are not limited to: review of the year 2025 including the financial report, budget for 2026, and election of 2 Directors for 2026 and 2027.
The Bayou Woods/Oak Hill HOA Board of Directors is currently accepting nominations for Two (2) Director positions for a 2-year term. Current nominees for 2026 and 2027 HOA Board of Directors are:
Max Uzick and Margo Wall (who served 2024-2025 as directors)
